Special Needs - Medical Treatment - On Hold until late 2012
Hi Everyone,
Charlie here. How you would you like the opportunity to provide me with my forever home? Just look at those pics of me; ain’t I just the best lookin thing on 4 legs? Speaking of legs, I sure do like to use mine: I love to go for walks; I love to run; I play ball, but right now I am on some restrictions due to some meds I am on. Soon I will be able to resume my normal activities. My foster mom and dad simply think I am the best thing since sliced bread. They say I am about the friendliest Labby they have seen.
I am not a chow hound like many of sisters and brothers, I eat my 2 squares a day, and I am good to go. I am a super quick learner, I know some real basic commands . . . sit and stay work pretty well. My foster dad keeps saying shake shake shake, I have no clue what the heck that means. Maybe someday someone will help him with his stuttering problem. Anyway, I am totally housebroken, and check this out, when I am left alone, I do not get into the garbage. Even though there is some pretty good stuff getting pitched in there, I resist, and my foster parents are real pleased. I love to ride in the truck, just ask me! I love kids. A couple of weeks ago, my foster dad took me to something called a softball game. There were tons of people, and some of them were eye level to me . . . someone called them kids...well let me tell ya, I simply loved the attention. I am pretty stealth in my physique, I like to think of it as BUFF!!! I am what my foster dad calls a “leaner”. I think it means I love to lean right up against ya for that good morning Lovin.’ I love to curl around and get those scratches, yikes that is awesome! When it is time to settle down for TV, I find my spot and just plain chill. My Foster dad seems to think I snore a bit, truth is, it’s really him!!!! You know how us dogs get blamed for all the bodily functions! Well, enough of that, time to settle in for the day. Please give me a good look, you will not be disappointed.
