The volunteer will assume all responsibility for any dogs while in their care and its actions during possession. L.E.A.R.N. assumes no responsibility or liability for damages incurred, including but not limited to personal liability or damages to personal property including, but not limited to, home furnishings/personal property damaged by any dog. The volunteer will not hold L.E.A.R.N. responsible if any dog bites any member of the volunteers family. No verbal agreements between the Foster Home and L.E.A.R.N. shall be binding. *
