I had my dental cleaning and I have a beautiful smile again.  I am looking for a forever home that will love me, let me lie at their feet and maybe give me a nice belly rub.  In return I will provide companionship, unconditional love and warm feet for the winter.  :)   I am having a good time playing with the other dogs in my foster home but I don't require a playmate.  I am happy with human or canine companionship.  I don't know what I will think of cats but I am pretty laid back so maybe I will do ok.

Hi there!  My name is Chubbs, but don't let my name fool you, I am not chubby at all!  I am a lean 8 year old with lots of spunk and love to give to a new family.

I came to LEARN from a shelter where I spent almost a whole year!  The shelter adopted me out once but those people used a shock collar on me and didn't use it very nicely.  So the shelter took me back.  Then I just sat.  Not sure why, I am a GREAT guy!

I do very well in the car and am very smart, I know shake, sit, down and am working on leave it.  Right now I am hanging out weeding gardens most days at my foster home and just living it up and enjoying the time I get to spend with people now that I am not stuck in a kennel all day.

I am having a dental cleaning this week and having a canine tooth removed that is broken, but otherwise I am perfect and ready to go to my furever home!
