Max is a cute, young (~ 1 1/2 year old) chocolate Lab.  He's very smart and learns fast but sometimes forgets in his excitement.  Max gets very excited and still jumps at people when greeted.  So he would do best with older children since he is big and puppyish enough to bowl over anyone younger.  Max knows "sit," and "wait" to eat, he is currently learning other commands and is crate/kennel trained.  He is very excited when around his people but settles down after 5-10 minutes of play and wants to be petted and loved.   He needs a forever family who will take him to training and work with him.  He is a silly, goofy guy who loves other dogs and people.
