My name is Rosie. I am a lab mix (heavy on the mix) about 8 months old, chocolate in color with a small spot of white on my chest. I think I might be the first miniature lab. What I might lack in size, I make up for in energy & love. I am very curious and want to check everything out. I have been doing well in my crate and am housebroken.
I have gone for walks with my two foster sisters, I get along great with them and even though they are almost twice my size, then don’t scare me. I do well between them with a prong collar. I will pull a little when we go outside to do my business because there is just so much to see. I do like to get up on the furniture and can really jump, but we are working on not jumping on people. I have learned to sit as well as to sit and wait to be fed. What does scare me, is the vacuum cleaner and hair dryer.
I was an owner surrender to a shelter because they thought I was too active. I guess they just didn’t realize that’s how puppies are. I would be great for someone that loves my energy and can put a little time in with me to learn a few more manors. I am very loving and actually gentle. My foster mom thinks I would be good in agility.
