3/19 Miss Addie checking in again. As some may have noticed Addie was adopted a week ago and after 2 days brought back as her new owner developed bad allergies. She is still just as sweet and loves playing with other dogs! Addie loves living with her 18 month old human play buddy. She is working on her basic commands but is a fast learner and is catching on more each day. She is crate trained already and prefers to go in there when you leave. 2/21/24Hi! Addie checking in with updated information. The vet I saw today thinks that I am about 2 years old because I have such pearly white teeth! We all decided that it would be best for me to get spayed, so that is happening next week! My foster mom said I'm done having any more puppies. PHEW!! I am sleeping on a bed in my foster parents bedroom room at night and I sleep all night long. I still go in my crate when they need to leave me alone. I am walking so much better! I love walks and playing with balls. I love riding in the car and don’t bark when my foster mom leaves me to go into a store for a few minutes! I love baths! I especially love playing with other dogs and running around!!! I love to snuggle and like a typical lab, I don’t know anything about personal space!!

Meet Addie our first foster Labrador!
She recently had puppies and came from Illinois. She was said to be a stray, so we are not sure of her age, but will ask the vet their thoughts when she sees them next week. Addie is the name that the shelter gave her and she is trying to remember that name..it’s a work in progress.

Addie is 65 pounds and loves to cuddle! She knows basic commands, rides perfectly in the car. Loves walks, we are working on not pulling. Addie is a sweetheart and such a happy girl. Loves to give kisses and chew on her bones. She chases my cat so would do best in a home that was cat free! Addie sleeps in her kennel at night and goes in the kennel without a problem. Addie loves meeting people and being scratched and petted. Addie loves playing fetch with her tennis ball, she has a gentle mouth. Addie is treat motivated. We are waiting to meet the neighbors dogs until she has been seen by the vet.

Addie will be spayed in a few weeks and then she will be ready for her forever home.
