5/7/2022 Reggie has fully settled in to his foster home. We started him on some medication for his lar-par and he responded very well to it. He sounds a ton better heading into summer. His foster mom affectionately refers to him as the floor potatoes. But with that being said he is being more active and moving much better with Dashuquin and Rimadyl. Reggie can do small flights of stairs. 4/10/2022 Reggie is an awesome senior dog. So happy to be part of a family. Perfect gentleman is his best description. Reggie's age is approximately 10, could be older, could be younger. He is currently living with cats, dogs, horses and chickens and well behaved with everyone. He is currently 120 pounds and on a food and fitness routine to shed a few more pounds. This will need to be continued with his new family. Reggie has a few lumps and bumps that are fatty tumors. None effect his movement. He also has some arthritis in his hips and is currently on Dasaquin and some antinflammatories to help with that. His biggest medical concern is that he has lar-par. We are starting a new medicine that may help. Heat and humidity are a huge concern for him during the summer months, so air conditioning and fans are huge pluses for his comfort.
