Hi, I'm Charlie. I'm originally from North Carolina, but I'm looking forward to having fun in the Midwest. I love people and will give kisses and hugs, and I love to lie on laps. I also enjoy playing with my foster brother - he even showed me how to use the doggy door. I am learning how to sit and also how to be patient and wait for my food.
