Just a little update on me - I am taking treats better, and I am learning a bit of patience so my sit is a bit better also. I still LOVE to play with other dogs and toys. I am also starting to realize that some dogs want to stop playing after a while or aren't interested in playing every time I see them. I would love a sibling to play with, but I've heard about these things called dog parks, and I think that I would like to check these places out. I think they sound like a lot of fun! Would you take me there!? *************************************************************************** HI! How are you? My name is Goldie, and I am about 2 and FULL of energy! I am part of the Retrievers and Redemption program, and I love to play fetch, tug is pretty good and so is wrestling, but toys are my everything. I am a bit of a pest to other dogs, because all I want to do is play, and I don't seem to get the cues from them when they are done or don't want to play at all. So I will for sure need some training classes and maybe be an only dog until I learn the ropes. Speaking of training, I don't have much. I have what my foster mom call popcorn butt. I touch the floor to sit when asked but pop right back up. So I do know sit and my shake is ok, but that is about it. I also take treats a bit hard since I am so excited. So we are working on all of this in foster care and hope to be better about it soon.. I am a sweet girl who will lay around with you and look for rubs and pets and likes to chew on bones when we are just in the room. I have my Vet check up next week and will be ready to start meeting families after that.
