4/23/19 - Hello All, it's me again.  I went in for my eye exam, and the doc said he doubted if surgery would help my eyesight.  He said I may get glaucoma because of it so we decided to let it be.  I'm a little bummed out but not too much because I can still get around pretty well.  I did get that benign growth taken off my eyelid so my eye isn't as irritated as it used to be.  I've lost more weight so I'm really looking debonair.  I'm still a handsome happy-go-lucky guy who is ready for his forever home and looking for a tennis ball.

3/24/19 -  Howdy all, Grayson here.  How's everyone doing today?  Hope you're all good.  Well anyway as you can see I'm a pretty big, 5-1/2 year old chocolate boy.  I was owner- surrendered to a shelter, and LEARN rescued me.  My foster mom says I'm a really nice boy but sometimes can be very needy.  That's when it comes to the ball.  I love playing ball but can't really see it because I have cataracts which limit my vision.  When my foster mom throws the ball, I have to listen for where it lands and then sniff it out.  Takes me a little time to find it, but I usually do find it.  I have a Kong Wabba and a Rope Ball that I can find faster than a regular tennis ball.  I find things by sound and scent.  My foster mom says I do well on lead but will occasionally pull if I hear a loud noise.  Did I say I love playing ball?  I react to night time noises more than day time noises.   I occasionally run into things, because I don't always see them.  I have not had any accidents in the house, because I always let my foster mom know when I have to go potty. :-)  I love my crate.  I'll go into the crate on my own because it's my man cave.  I like riding in the car and enjoy going for walks.

I'm going to an eye specialist on April 3rd to see if they can do anything for my sight.  It would really be great if I could see a little better than I do now.  My foster mom put me on a diet, and I feel and look like I've lost some weight.

I'm an all around great guy who loves people.  Did I say I love the ball, too? I lived with kids so they are always welcome in my world.  When I meet other dogs I do so cautiously, because I haven't been around other dogs too much.  If you want a hunk hunk of burning love, then I'm your man.
