More updates: I now take treats out of my foster humans hands and hang out with everyone instead of staying on my bed all the time.  :-)  Please don't let my age fool you; I am just getting started with my life and would love to share it with my forever family.  Just come and meet me, no pressure!

Faith, again, just sending an update on my health.  Got all of my stitches out yesterday, and the doc said I am a really good healer and a very good girl.  I was scared, but I am learning to trust people, and it feels so good!!  I am starting shy classes on February 17th and would like my special people to join us.  Are you out there??  I am waiting to learn so much more in my furever home!!  Oh yeah, foster Mom added another picture of me hanging out with my foster home gang.  That's me in the middle!

Hi!  Faith Ann here, and boy do I have a story to tell.  I was rescued from a not so wonderful place where I was kept in a pen in a barn and used strictly for breeding. When my body would not make puppies anymore, the not so wonderful people gave me up.  See the picture of me in the car?  That's me right after I was rescued . . .filthy!

Here comes the better part of the story!!  I have actually been in my foster home for a little over 3 months and have learned a lot about what it is like to be a dog and be loved!!  It is slow going because I really never had any human contact before, but I'm making strides.  I will now take treats from my foster Mom's and Dad's hand.  I really want to be petted, but I am working on that part of the trust thing now.  I get along with my foster brother and sisters (3 other Labbies and a kitty).  I have the home schedule all figured out, and we are working on my demand barking when I feel it is time to feed me or give me treats!!

I just had my spay surgery along with tumor removals in which I got really good news on.  I actually feel so much better now then I did before.

My foster parents are going to be starting me in a shy class where I will learn to be more confident.  If you are the special people I need in my life, they would like you to join us in going to class.  You see I think the teacher actually teaches you how to work with me!!
