ADOPTION PENDING

Hi.  My name is Charlotte, and I am about as sweet as they come.  I love going for walks!  I don't pull much but could use some work.  I love playing fetch and rope tug with my foster kids.  I also love chewing on my squeaky ball and making lots of noise with it.  I have lots of energy to play, but I also know when it is time to settle down and am just happy sitting with my people on the couch or laying on the floor.  

I don't beg while my people are eating, and I haven't shown any signs of counter surfing (but I do pick up anything on the floor that might resemble a morsel of food or treat that I may have overlooked).  I am food motivated and very smart . . .I would love to go to dog obedience classes.  My foster mom thinks I could be a great candidate for Companion Animal classes.  

I am gentle, sweet, and loving.  I get along with the cat and another very small dog who doesn't want to play with me.  Oh, I should mention, I only have three legs.  (I was attacked by another dog and lost my leg as a result.)  I am missing my left front leg, but it doesn't slow me down.  I can jump in the car, I can run on wood floors, and I can go up and down steps with no problems at all.  Wherever you are is where I want to be.
