We need volunteers to help with many things such as fostering, fundraising, home visits for potential adopters, transporting dogs or supplies, working with local shelters in your area, attending promotional events on behalf of L.E.A.R.N., adoption follow-up, photography, dog temperament evaluation, or many other activities.

The following two files are Word (.doc) files. You must have Microsoft Word to use these files.

If you don't have Word, just e-mail us and we will send the forms via snail-mail.

1. Right-click on either of the two links below.
2. Choose Save Target As. The "Save As" dialog box appears.  
3. Specify where you want to save the file. (You can also re-name the file if desired.)  
4. Press OK to download the file to your computer and complete the process.  

Then, just fill out the form, save it, and e-mail it back to us as an attachment.
