Skeeter lab 2006

Hi!

My name is Skeeter. I found my forever a year ago this month. I was given a very warm welcome by not just my forever family, but also by grandparents, aunts, and uncles. I got lots of presents!!!!!! I am settled in and love my family. It took some time to adjust though. I did not eat very well and sometimes refused meals. I barked a lot too. I now tell my family that it is mealtime and eat well. I also have stopped barking so much. I still do it sometimes, but not too often. My forever family also learned that I have a weakness for bread. If it is left on the counter, I cannot control my sweet self! Once the family had a roasted chicken on the counter. They kept a close eye on me and that chicken! I enjoy sleeping with my 7yo human sister or my 12 yo human brother at night. They both have comfy beds and always make room for me. I love to chase the ball. It is my favorite thing to do. I would chase it all day if I could!!!! I have a fur-brother too. He is very quiet and laid back. I try to play with him sometimes, but he rolls onto his back. He would rather snuggle. I completed a Basic Training class. I chewed through my leash at the first class and was a little sassy. At the last class, I was named the Most Improved!!!!!!! I graduated to the Good Canine Citizen class and enjoy going. I want to thank everyone at L.E.A.R.N. who helped me find my forever home. I am very comfortable here and am very loved.
