Hey there labbie lovers,   I would be Dakota, or as my foster dad calls me “A Lean Clean Machine.”  I overheard him tell someone that I should have been called “Fabio”  because I am so handsome and well put together. 
 
Anyway,  I am a 5 year old male Yellow Lab that absolutely loves to be around people. Someone recently called me “Mr Happy”.  I listen very well and know the usual commands.  Riding in my foster dad’s truck is at the top of my list of things to do.  I do not mind the crate at all and simply find it a safe place to be.  I am a real tall boy,  but my foster parents think I am a real stud!  I love to go for walks,  I even give a gentle “woof” when it is time to go outside to my thing.  I do not mess in the house,  I eat normally and do not gorge my food at all.  Toys are ok,  but to tell ya the truth, I am just happy being where people are and hangin out.  My foster dad takes me outside all the time when he works around the yard and never has to tie me up.  I always stay very close to him.  I do walk great on leash as well.   I get along with other dogs and cats very well.  I am not afraid of loud noises; in fact I had a hoot during the 4th of July this year.
