Fee Bee is a wonderful dog. She likes to run, jump, and play, but will snuggle with you to make you feel better when you are down. She is outgoing and lovable. I’m glad she’s now part of our family.
It was the Twenty Ninth of December 2008 and we were still heartbroken from the loss of our dog, Molly. Mom had set up an appointment to meet Fee Bee. I was excited to see a puppy after meeting a lot of older dogs. After the drive up, we got into the foster house in which Fee Bee was staying (AJ…you’re the best!). I know the whole “It was love at first sight” is kind of cliché, but that is exactly how I felt with Fee Bee. She was shy with us at first, only coming close enough to snatch treats from our hands and then retreating behind a couch or her foster mom’s legs. She became more adventurous after a few minutes and I could play with her. After a while, Dad and Mom said that we were taking her home with us. I was so excited! We brought her home and played with her as much as possible. We soon found out that she could use the mounds of snow in our backyard as a springboard, earning her the nickname “Fee Bee the Wonder Dog”.
We thought it was important to take Fee Bee to Obedience Class. She ended up winning a first place trophy and meeting her “BFF” Ginger who is a Vizsla. They play together a lot. She also has lots of doggie friends at the dog park and on our block – she’s very social! Fee Bee LOVES to swim, go for car rides, and really loves to go camping.
Fee Bee has come up from a troubled beginning to become the greatest dog a kid could ask for. She truly is a One-in-a-million pup.
(Lee, Peg, Zach and FeeBee want to send a BIG special thank you to AJ, Christine and Lisa! )
