Hi Everyone,

I was found as a stray and Illinois and thank goodness the wonderful people at LEARN saved me.  I spent over a week in a humane society which I did not like very much but now I am safe and having so much fun at my foster home.  We get to go for long walks in open fields so I get to run, run, run.  My canine foster brother and sister are trying to teach me to go swimming but for now I would rather stay on the shore and run around.  Did I tell you how much I love dog toys…..oh my gosh they are so fun to play with.  I throw them around and when I bite down on them, they squeak back at me…what fun!!!!  I only play with my dogs toys and do not chew on items that I shouldn’t which my foster mom is pretty proud of me.  She says I am VERY well behaved which I think translates to “You are a really good boy”.

I am crate trained, house broke, and know the commands come and sit.  My foster mom tells me I am very intelligent and learn commands quick.  She tells me I would be a great dog for agility courses.  I don’t know what that means but I am up for anything fun.  I do get along with other dogs but am quite happy just playing by myself.  I am also good with kids. I do pull on the leash but am getting better at not pulling so hard.  I do have puppy energy so I would like to go to a family that will take me for walks, jogging, hiking, or anything fun.
